3. Service Delivery and Payment

3.1 Pay After Approval Policy

We offer a "Pay After Approval" policy for website development projects. This means you will review and approve the completed website before making payment. However, this policy applies only to the initial website development and may not apply to hosting, domains, or additional services.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon approval of the completed work.
• For larger projects, we may require milestone-based payments as agreed upon in the project contract.
• Hosting and domain fees are paid in advance for the service period.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our work before final approval, you may request revisions or cancel the project with no payment obligation. After payment, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Hosting and domain registration fees are generally non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required for the project
• Provide content, images, logos, and other materials needed for the website
• Respond to communication and approval requests in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the right to use all materials provided to us
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final website and its custom content created specifically for your project. However, we retain ownership of our proprietary code, tools, and frameworks used in development.

5.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3 Third-Party Materials

Some elements of your website may include third-party plugins, frameworks, or open-source software, which are subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Major changes to project scope after approval may require a new quotation and agreement.

7. Website Hosting and Maintenance

7.1 Hosting Services

If you purchase hosting through us, we will make reasonable efforts to ensure 99.9% uptime. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (server issues, internet outages, etc.).

7.2 Backups

We perform regular backups of hosted websites, but we recommend you maintain your own backups as well. We are not liable for data loss.

7.3 Renewal

Hosting and domain services must be renewed annually or as per the agreed period. Failure to renew may result in service suspension and potential data loss.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Quality Assurance

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your website is free from major defects.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results from SEO services, traffic levels, sales conversions, or search engine rankings. These outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

8.3 Browser Compatibility

We ensure websites work on modern, updated browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We cannot guarantee perfect functionality on outdated or unsupported browsers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, max@min Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless max@min Web Services from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or fail to make required payments.

We provide support via email, phone, and WhatsApp during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST). Emergency support may be available for critical issues affecting hosted websites. Response times vary based on issue complexity and our current workload.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

17. Severability
